Any user-generated content you submit to the Platform grants us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute such content.

6. Virtual Items and Currency

Spinzico may include virtual, in-experience items or currency ("Virtual Items"). You acknowledge that:

  • Virtual Items have no real-world value and are not redeemable for any sum of money
  • Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, to you for use only within the Platform
  • We have the absolute right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Items
  • Virtual Items are subject to disappearing or being lost if your account is terminated

All purchases of Virtual Items (if available) are final and non-refundable.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Spinzico, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform
  • Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Platform

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Spinzico is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
